Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless, incredibly spacious, and wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed every moment we spent there.

The amenities were outstanding. The pool area is gorgeous, the BBQ grills by the pool were fantastic and a great addition, and we made regular use of the well-equipped gym, which offers a beautiful view over the pool.

Access to both the apartment and the gated community was seamless and hassle-free. Most importantly, the hospitality and communication from the host were exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and made everything effortless from start to finish.

Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality place to stay

We spent 3 glorious weeks at this apartment & loved every second! The location was perfect, just a very quick drive to downtown & beaches & the place itself was just as described, beautiful. The price was also perfect! The management company was also great, changed the batteries in the front keypad with no fuss & were very friendly! Overall I would whole heartedly recommend this place & we can't wait to come back!!

Beautifully executed modern style, lovely mornings & evenings (sunsets!) on the deck, morning walks thru adjacent neighborhood to parks along the bay, walked to Rosemary & downtown and Ringling College, great hot tub, quiet. Location was a primary benefit (and we were there in April so Tamiami traffic was milder than we know it can be) so walking out our door to parks and downtown without any specific plan is a favorite activity. Dinner favorites (and nice walk) were The Reserve, Turmeric, Fresushi, Lefty’s and Owen’s.

A wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom condo! We arrived to a welcome bag which was so thoughtful! The unit has everything you need just like home. Easy access to all the fabulous restaurants, walking parks and fun shopping. We made day trips to Siesta Key, Punta Gorda, and Long Boat Key. Would not hesitate to recommend to friend and family. Our plan is to again next year. located to all the fabulous restaurants in Sarasota.

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean and tastefully furnished. We liked that it is a corner unit with a table on the main balcony for outdoor meals and had a balcony off the guest room. My spouse and I need separate bedrooms so we were glad that the guest room was large enough for an adult (even with the twin beds) and had natural light. An extra bonus was that we could see partial sunsets from the main balcony. We liked the unit so much that we have booked another stay in the winter.

This was our second stay at Clara's place. Beautiful apartment, nice complex (hot tub was amazing!). Clara is so responsive and helpful. Apartment internet much faster than the last stay (thank you!).

Clara's place was super. Matched the photos exactly, lots of info.
Even though we were checking in after midnight on a holiday, Clara was accessible to help in case we had a problem (which we didn't). That helped us feel confident that it would work out OK.

Wifi was fast.
Kitchen had everything and lots of it. Many places are skimpy on flatware and dishes, but Clara's place was super generous, which meant we didn't have to run the dishwasher every day.

Already booked for another stay later this spring.

Place is beautifully decorated and great location if you don’t mind driving to beach. Pool area was nice which worked out great since we were there during Debbie overall nice experience.

The condo way exactly as it was described, clean, well stocked, with a great location for walking. The pool, hot tub and gym facilities were well kept and not crowded. Maintenance staff was exceptional keeping the grills and common areas clean. We will return.

A holiday trip to Sarasota. This rental exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed right down to the little details. Very convenient to all the attractions in Sarasota, short drive to Anna Maria, Long Boat Key, Lido Key and St Armands Circle. The property manager - Clara - was amazing. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was like we were home but not in cold Chicago but sunny Sarasota!! Extremely clean and elegant for a fair price. Loved the pool, gym and location to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Rented jet skis from sunworld which was 5 minutes away( highly recommend) great people to work with. Management company was extremely helpful

This was my first visit to Sarasota. It was incredible! The condo was exceptionally clean and very quiet, it had all of the necessities. In short, it was MUCH MORE than I expected. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is very clean, nicely decorated, nicely appointed; and it is ideally located near downtown. It is very close to the gulf, you can hear it, and you can maybe see a tiny bit of it through the trees. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and there is plenty of space to sit and dine. This condo is a bit short on living room seating, however. Only one sofa and no other chairs. Also, no cable tv unless you have your own subscription to use via the smart tv, (and no tv at all in the smaller bedroom). We were in Sarasota on business and will stay here in the condo again if it is available.

The apartment was really nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals in the kitchen. The appliances are all brand new and everything worked perfectly.

Both the host and the place were perfect! The apartment is brand new, luxurious and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need in terms of what you need in a home! The afternoon sunset from the balcony is a bonus. Surpassed all expectations! Very very nice!
