The living room windows have motorized shades for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave and everything to cook from home. There's also additional seating at the bar.

The master bedroom is very elegant with its beach theme and decoration in shades of green. It features 3 windows, a TV, a chest of drawers, a king size bed, night stands, lamps, and a nice walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom keeps the beach theme in shades of blue. It includes 2 twin size beds, a night stand and lamp, chest of drawers and a closet with hangers. A door accesses the side terrace.
★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
The second bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
★Laundry:
The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer.
★Outdoor Space:
Corner units are hard to find at the Strand! There are 2 terraces to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, and a nice view on the pool.
★Amenities:
The Strand offers many advantages: a communal heated pool, a spa, BBQ grills, a gym and a kayak launch. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Residence is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times
