Delightful Beach House at perfect location on Longboat Key! 5 min walk from Beach, convenient store and restaurant!
OUTSTANDING LOCATION on LONGBOAT KEY, only a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous beach!
This delightful beach house is 1,404 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large deck and outdoor area with a fire pit.
The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which you can access by wooden stairs from the front and back of the house.
Walk up the stairs and you will feel right at home in this charming house! The living room is very cosy with its large U-shaped couch, armchairs, wooden floor, large TV (65"), and beachy decoration.
The white wooden dining table with 4 chairs is perfect for your meals or as a work desk.
Walk through the sliding doors and you will love the large deck with outdoor furniture, grill, and large umbrella to fully enjoy your Floridian vacation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The beautiful master bedroom, in shades of white and blue, features a queen size bed, TV, 2 night stands with lamps, a large window, wooden floors and white armchairs.
The master bathroom is en-suite with a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, a sink and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed that can be changed into 2 twins per your request.
The beach-themed decoration includes 2 night stands with lamps, large carpets and cute frames. It's luminous with several widows.
The large washer & dryer (LG) are located in the closet.
The 2nd bathroom is located just before this bedroom, with a tub, sink and toilet.
You have another set of stairs from the deck behind the house that leads to the backyard. The available fire pit will be perfect for your stay during winter time!
There's even an outdoor shower you can use to rinse sandy feet.
The first floor features a 2 doors garage space but CANNOT be used to park cars. It's perfect to store your beach things or luggage. There's an extra fridge you can use, as well as 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 beach cart.
A roll-away bed is available as well (located there) - it's for 1 guest only, and not a long term stay option. Please, move up the stairs very carefully and at your own risk.
You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (do not park on the street).
This house is at the perfect location on Longboat Key: Saint Judes Drive is a quiet street off the main road, but with everything you need.
Both a convenient store and a restaurant are located on St Jude Dr. Other restaurants and a bike rental are at walking distance.
Enjoy the beach only 5 min away with its white sand and amazing sunsets.
Longboat Key is famous for its beautiful beaches, luxury resorts and Golf courses. it's the perfect location for a peaceful and dreamlike vacation.
If you want to discover more of Sarasota:
Lido Key, St Armand's Circle (famous for its boutiques, restaurants and events) and Mote Aquarium are 15 min drive away.
Ana Maria Island (Coquina Beach), is 15 min drive away
Downtown Sarasota (with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, theater, opera, exhibitions, events...) is 20 min drive away.
SRQ Airport is 25/30 min away.
Please be aware that Joan Durante Community Park is located just behind the house with wetlands. The backyard is not fenced and wetlands could be accessed from the property - supervise children at all times.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.

We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.

This was an all around great stay! The location is wonderful with beach access walkable in minutes. The beach is amazing, not crowded at all, and clean. There are are several great restaurants within walking distance, and many more within a short drive. The variety of food was genuinely tremendous. From burgers at a local joint, deli sandwiches and desserts, to white table cloth, high end steak and seafood with everything in between. There is shopping galore at St. Armand’s square a ten minute drive away. Nearby Sarasota has an vibrant arts district and an impressive restaurant and shopping district. There is a fascinating Sarasota historical tour as well. The house itself is uniquely set up with a boating theme, is open, cozy, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has high end appliances, as well as, washer and dryer. Clara and Alisa were on the spot quick to answer questions and provide any solutions to issues. The large sunny deck in back was a nice bonus!

Outside of a handful of good restaurants and beautiful beach, there’s not much else to do in Longboat. Getting off the key to go to either Sarasota or Holmes Beach/Bradenton area is absolutely ridiculous. Traffic is backed up either side for anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.
The house was in reasonably good shape, but the carpets and furniture need attention. Especially the dining area. Decking both front and back, once the sun goes down, biting bugs come out of the wood.

"Peaceful and well-equiped"
Loved our stay. The house is modern and in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the beach. Everything looks new and all the furniture was very comfortable. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had in a rental - cooked our NYE dinner here. Walking distance to a handful of shops and restaurants. We hope to go back soon!
