The Lido Surf and Sand is a waterfront community that offers a heated pool and spa, grills next to the pool area, fitness center, indoor community social room, library, shuffleboard and fully enclosed secure under building parking and on-site security.
HOA Application needed and approval is required before check-in. Approval takes about 30 days. HOA fee of $100 is included in the booking.
