Agreeable villa with lanai in the Village des Pins Community (with an outdoor pool!), only at a 15 min drive from the #1 beach in USA: Siesta Key.
This is a nicely furnished 1,353 sqft with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a garage. You will find a small table and 2 chairs as you enter the villa as a small relaxing outdoor area.
As you enter the villa, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room. it includes appliances and amenities such as microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blander, dishwasher, fridge, dishes....
On your right, you will find a beautiful glass table that seats 4 guests.
You will enjoy the living area with its tiled floor that brightens the room, and comfortable furniture: white couches, TV, small desk as your working area, side tables...Large windows bring in light.
The brown dining table seats 4 guests.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated with a cream-colored king-size bed and matching night stands, a chest of drawers and a TV. Large sliding doors allow you to access the quiet lanai
The second bedroom features 2 single beds, TV and closet.
Both bathrooms feature a toilet, sinks and showers (no tubs). the washer/dryer are located in a built-in cupboard.
The screened-in outdoor area is perfect for a relaxing moment with its table and 4 chairs and nice view!
Great location as well! The Village des pains Residence is a 15 min drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach with its vacation vibe, restaurants, bars...
15 min to Turtle Beach. 20 min to downtown Sarasota. 2 min to the Sarasota Square Mall. 20 min from Myakka River State Park (Alligators and birds! a must see!)

The property is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and tennis courts are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. It a is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Our host, Clara, is a wonderful communicator and quick to respond. We will definitely book again!!

The place is clean and just as pictures showed. It has everything inside and it’s 15-20mins drive to the beach and groceries and shops are nearby. I love the patio for breakfast. Overall, we are happy with our stay. The check in process was not ideal, she didn’t tell us the codes to the house until the hour of the check in after I asked! And she didn’t let me check in until 3pm even though there’s nobody stayed at the house the day before. I ended up doing grocery and buying a blender and hairdryer before checking in, then realized the house already had both.

La casa realmente impecable, espaciosa y con una vista increible, con todo lo necedario ñara una comoda estadia. Clara fue muy amable y siempre respondio mis consultas. La ubicacion hermosa y dentro de un condominio tranquilo y a 15 minutos en carro de las playas. La casa es mas linda incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Miy contenta y satisfecha con nuestra estadia.
