It's in the Harbor Villa Club community which is quiet with many available amenities: large heated communal pool with a view on the water, spa and tennis courts.
Public beach access is at a 15 min walk and 5 min by car!
The open-plan kitchen has white cupboards, and is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, modern fridge, stove, washer and dryer in the cabinet.
It overlooks the dining area with a glass dining table for 6, the living room and the balcony.
The living room has a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and large windows equipped with screens and curtains. Other furniture include a coffee table and a TV.
You can access the balcony from sliding doors where you will find a table and 6 comfortable seats. You can relax and enjoy the unique view with amazing wildlife, dolphins, boats..(and the famous Sarasota Ride Boat event!)
The beautiful master bedroom features a king size bed, a TV, 2 nightstands, beautiful cream colored curtains, and access to the balcony.
The master bathroom is decorated in beige and cream colors, with a large mirror, sinks, a closet, a walk in shower (with a little step), and a toilet.
The second bedroom is located closer to the entrance, it includes a queen size bed. The second bedroom on the right and its bathroom has a walk in shower (with a little step), a toilet and sink.
Harbor Villa Club is a quiet and sought after community! You will love the wonderful amenities:

- Spa for 10 people
- 4 tennis courts - with light during the evening
- BBQ grills
Available for your convenience: cooler with wheels, beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.
It is collective parking. Bike rentals are available close to the condo.
Longboat Key is perfect for a dream vacation on an island! Enjoy long walks on the beach: public access is at a 15 min walk. The beach stretches down the length of the 11-mile Key, perfect to enjoy beautiful sunsets and crystal clear water!
Other beaches: Coquina Beach (Ana Maria Island) and Whitney Beach (5 min drive north).
Longboat Key is also famous for its luxury resorts and Golf courses. Many restaurants and activities are available throughout the island (a car is recommended).
If you want to discover more of Sarasota:
Lido Key, St Armands Circle (famous for its boutiques, restaurants and events) and Mote Aquarium are 20 min drive away.
Ana Maria Island is a 5 min drive away
Downtown Sarasota (with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, theater, opera, exhibitions, events...) is 25 min drive away.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.

"Peaceful Retreat"
We had a wonderful time at the property. The condo and facilities were perfect, and the property manager was very accommodating. We loved every minute of our vacation, extremely peaceful and relaxing.

My husband and I spent a wonderful, relaxing 2 weeks in this very comfortable and attractive condominium. We particuarly enjoyed the spectacular view across the bay from the spacious balcony, and spent many hours out there eating, reading and watching the passing boats (and occasionally seeing dolphins and manatees).
The complex Harbor Villa is very well-kept and peaceful. The pool in particular is wonderful, with a marvelous view of the bay. We also appreciated the BBQ grills. The condo was very stylish, comfortable and in impeccable condition and has been recently modernized. We particuarly appreciated how well equipped it was with chairs, umbrella, beach towels and noodles for the beach/pool as well as being very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and Clara was very accomodating. We had no problems whatsoever with the condo.
We look forward to our next trip!

Absolutely beautiful! I had an amazing stay. Serene and peaceful is what I really needed. It was so relaxing taking a dip in the pool or sitting and having wine on the beautiful lanai with this gorgeous view of the bay and the dock. Very clean and comfortable. I was sad to leave. "Great summer getaway"
Our family spent a week at this beautiful condo. Since the second bedroom only has one bed, my kids took turns to sleep on the sofa, so I guess 2 beds in the second room would have worked better for us, but they didn't mind. I'd say that the best part about the place is the awesome balcony, where we spent a lot of time having meals and enjoying the view. It is also decorated very nicely and for the most part seems to have been updated fairly recently. The location of the condo is great, especially if you have a boat, since you can dock it right there. That's what we did and we explored the area every day and had lots of fun. The restaurants on Longboat Key are great and there is always a lot to do, either by land or by boat. One thing that needs to be corrected in the amenities offered is that the kayaks are not for renters to use, they are privately owned. I had read that there were 24 kayaks on the property and therefor did not bring mine and it turned out that they all were locked and couldn't be used. I am sure that there are kayaks and paddle boards available to rent nearby, I just didn't do it. The bay is a great place to explore, so kayaks are worth having available. The walk to the public beach is a little over a half mile, so be prepared because you can't carry too much with you. The beach is beautiful though, and we had a great time enjoying the beautiful sunsets. This is a great place to relax, enjoy great views and and have fun in the water. I would love to stay at this location again.
