Exceptional house on Siesta Key on the Canal with boat lift and a private pool. Just a 13 min walk to the beach!
This spacious and beautiful house on the canal with a heated saltwater pool is 3,824 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Located on Primrose Path on the famous Siesta Key, it's a 13 min walk away to the beach with its white sand and clear waters!
All new furniture and furnishings, inside and outside, including all new Sealy mattresses!
You will feel right at home when you enter this house! On the right hand side of the 1st floor you can find the kitchen, 1st living room and dining room. It is luminous with large sliding windows that lead to the lanai and then the pool. The living room is cosy with a L shaped couch and TV, and the table dining can seat 8 guests. The lanai features outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the Floridian weather.
The reconfigured kitchen has new custom cabinets, quartz counter top, an island with a bar area with 4 stools, and all new appliances (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, large fridge).
On the left hand side you have another living room with a large couch, a TV, and a pool table that you can enjoy. 4 guests can sleep in the pull-out couches.
3 of the bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk/trundle beds, side by side, that can sleep up to 8 guests. Top bunk beds are twin size, bottom bunk beds are full size and the 2 trundles are twin size.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The large bedroom features a king size bed, and large sliding doors that lead to the balcony with a great view on the pool and canal.
The master bathroom includes 2 sinks, a tub and large walk-in shower.
You will love the paved outdoor area with the heated pool (salt water pool), jacuzzi, gazebo with outdoor seating, fire pit and lounge chairs. The summer kitchen features a wood fired pizza oven and full cooktop.
The 13, 000 lb boat lift could be used upon request.
The washer/dryer are located on the 1st floor next to the garage.
You can park your car in the garage (doors are insulated and wind resistant).
For added convenience, you have the option to secure a golf cart rental at a discounted rate through our preferred vendor 🙂 .
Siesta Key is one of the best places in Sarasota for a vacation. Siesta Key Beach was voted #1 Beach in the USA, and is only a 10 min walk from the house!
Siesta Key Village is at an 10 min walk with many restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, ice cream... Everything you could need during your stay.
Many water activities are available as well!
Downtown Sarasota is a 10 min drive with more restaurants, stores, bars, an opera house, a theater, movie theater and more.
You can then access more islands such as Lido Key, St Armands Cir (with its famous restaurants, stores, bars and more), Longboat Key...
Other places to see in Sarasota and surrounding areas include the Selby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the UTC mall, Myakka State River Park...

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for stays of less than 58 nights (type 1). For stays of 58 nights and more, we have a 60 day cancellation policy (type 2). All guests can obtain a full refund of their reservation deposit minus the processing fee if they pay by credit card, if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 1 bookings, and 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival date for type 2 bookings.

We require a security deposit for each rentals - payable by check prior to your arrival or by credit card with a 4% processing fee. Refundable after your departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.

"A relaxing vacation house for our busy family!"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was a very well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed for food prep (we are foodies), as well as, plenty of linens throughout the home. The pool area was used daily and very clean. Response to any concerns was met promptly by the management representative and they were very flexible with our schedule. This is a well thought out property. The outdoor kitchen was not as easy to use as we would have liked and we did mention this to the rep. She was going to pass our thoughts on to the owner and we have our fingers crossed for next year when we return. All in all, just a beautiful property and vacation spot for my children and grandchildren! They, of course, did not want to leave

The house, set in the lovely neighborhood within walking distance of town was a fine winter retreat for me in 2023. It's welcoming open kitchen, dining, and living areas include a second large den and game room was a big hit with my visiting family who could privately zoom and watch television there.
Upstairs, a large private master suite and bath were appreciated by guest couples. The rest of us were happy in the bedrooms and bunk room on the ground floor.
Best of all was the spacious back yard with its saltwater pool and jacuzzi surrounded by beach chairs. The covered terrace areas with tables and outdoor working and eating areas and space for perusing morning paper available nearby. The back yard afforded views of the picturesque bordering canal.
If anything was missing or amiss, Rick was happy to send helpers to accommodate us.
I look forward to occupying the property again in 2024.

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you could ask for. Great pool & hot tub, perfect location for walking to the village and beach. The host, Clara, was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend this place and hope to return again.
