This nicely furnished, 1008 sqft, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers a luminous living room with sliding doors to the very wide lanai with a table and 6 chairs to enjoy dinners and cocktails!
The living room has a sofa with bright colors sitting comfortably three people, a loveseat, coffee table and TV.
To the right is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a dresser and walking closet, with sliding glass doors to the oversized lanai with a private setting view that you can enjoy.
The ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a tub shower.
As you enter the apartment to the left you have a bonus room with a sleeper sofa for one person perfect for an overnight guest and a table with two chairs for breakfast.
To the right is the second bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser and a closet. The second bathroom with a tub, toilet and a single sink.
The washer and dryer are just before the second bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook meals for family and friends, with a range, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and the bar overlooking the living room and lanai.
Perfectly located: close to beaches, Siesta key, restaurants, mins to plenty of shopping, Legacy Trail with 20 miles for hiking or biking.
Please note that an HOA application is required. Approval from the homeowners association takes between 7 and 10 business days. Approval is required prior to move in. HOA fee of $100 per person (one married couple is considered as one person).

The condo is great. We really enjoyed our stay there. We were there for around 8 months and had absolutely no problem communicating with the owners. When a minor problem needed to be addressed they were right on it.
The area is fabulous. Restaurants, markets and the beaches are all within a very short distance. The folks living at Plaza de Flores are all very nice also.
Condo is clean and well laid out with a very comfortable lanai.
